The first thing I noticed immediately upon hiring Vision to manage the block is their unbelievably good communication skills. Never have a I come across a management company that goes out of its way to create a dialogue between themselves, leaseholders and residents - making everyone feel they have a voice in the process. I am a self- confessed control freak so it's hard to let go of things, but Vision has been on top of everything in a very proactive way, especially when it came to the handover. They turned what could have been a very painful process into something that was painless, and even enjoyable. Six months in to the relationship, and I have absolutely no regrets about our decision to appoint them.

I am the Chairman of the residents committee of Hill Hall at Theydon Mount, Epping, Essex. Our development consists of 8 apartments in an Elizabethan Mansion with 8 houses in the old Stables Courtyard and 4 Cottages in the grounds of approximately 29 acres with outbuildings, ponds and tennis courts etc. The whole property is ultimately owned by English Heritage ( the tenants have 999 year leases) and is National Monument and Grade 1 listed. I have been involved in the residents committee since the property was developed approximately 10 years ago .After many years of problems dealing with our Managing Agents we decided a year ago to go down the route of a Right to Manage Company. It was the best decision that we have made and we are very fortunate in having found Vision Property & Estate Management. The Vision team is tireless in dealing with us and the problems that they have inherited. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

Vision RTM was recommended to me by a friend, after experiencing incredibly bad management from our current managing agents. They have been nothing but helpful, resourceful and efficient. I really liked the way all information was communicated appropriately through frequent emails and by post. We had a designated contact (Jackie) who kept us updated at all times throughout the process and we were informed all the way throughout. I felt that I could approach her at any time and received answers in a timely manner with plenty of information. The whole process was lengthy, but well worth it! It now means that we are in charge of managing out block and we have a greater say in the services we want to pay for and receive. Overall, Vision RTM have been very helpful and more importantly value for money. I felt that I was listening to and was given all the information to make an informed decision during the process. I can not but highly recommend their services, who are of outstanding quality and customer care.

Jackie has built relationships with each of the leaseholders to become a trusted single point of contact for all and this trust is maintained through her quick management of enquiries, queries, complaints and requests.
